Abstract

In order to realize the application of face recognition technology in the public service of smart cities, this paper proposes a novel application method of face recognition technology based on a variety of advanced science and technology. This method is based on a variety of information science and technology, such as the Internet of things technology, Internet technology, big data technology, and so on, which improves the accuracy of traditional face recognition technology. The research results show that this method can not only effectively give full play to the application of face recognition technology in all aspects of smart city public service, but also improve the modernization and intelligence of smart city public service.

Introduction

In 2014, China put forward the task of building a smart city for the major cities of our country. At present, most of the cities in China are vigorously promoting and building Smart City, and the intelligent application of all kinds of intelligent cities has begun to develop to every family, which brings great convenience to people’s life. In the past, people had to move from the department to open a certificate, and they had to wait in long lines. However, with the development of Internet technology and the construction of smart cities, people can deal with all kinds of services conveniently and quickly through face recognition technology. In a word, there are many kinds of identity recognition technology, but among them, the most direct and efficient recognition technology is face recognition technology, which plays a positive role in the construction of smart cities.

THEORETICAL BASIS 2.1

the Concept and Characteristics of Smart City With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence technology have been widely used in production and life. Moreover, artificial intelligence technology has also begun to be used in various fields of society, such as governments and enterprises. This not only brings new opportunities to the development and management of the city but also brings new challenges to the development and management of the city. In addition, this has fundamentally changed the traditional form of urban construction, that is, the Smart City. Smart City has four characteristics. First, a wide range of information. Because the smart city uses the most advanced information technology, such as the Internet of things technology, cloud computing technology, and big data technology, these technologies can quickly obtain information, but also can get all kinds of information at any time. Second, information fusion. In essence, the core of the Smart City lies in the integration, lies in the fusion of the information obtained, so as to form a scientific and effective service and management. Third, people-oriented. The main body of the construction of a smart city is human, and the core of a smart city is to construct service for citizens. Fourth, configuration optimization. Through the optimal allocation of information technology and other resource elements, so as to produce a variety of functions, can essentially save the city’s human and material resources.

With the continuous development of science and technology, Smart City gradually keep pace with the times. Combined with the current information technology, it is gradually applied to a variety of software and hardware facilities in the process of urban construction, so as to achieve the goal of building a smart city in an all-round way.

Conclusion

With the continuous development of information technology, people have put forward higher requirements for the construction of intelligent cities. Face recognition technology is not only simply used in the attendance and access control industry, with its own advantages, gradually began to move towards the field of high-security environment. For example, the face brush payment of the electronic mail, the security inspection of the railway security system, the identification of the candidates for the educational examination, and so on. With the continuous progress of human society and the continuous development of information technology, people have put forward higher requirements for the construction and development of cities, which also promotes the development process of intelligent cities in our country. Moreover, in the process of building a smart city, it is inseparable from artificial intelligence technology, cloud computing technology, big data technology, and so on, as well as face recognition technology, which are the cornerstones of the construction of intelligent cities. However, we should also deeply realize that the construction of a smart city is not overnight, it must be built on a large and accurate system engineering. Therefore, as the youth of the 21st century, we are facing great challenges. Although face recognition technology is not the only way to Smart City, it can promote the arrival of Smart City more quickly. Moreover, we should also fully realize that there is still a lot of room for improvement in face recognition technology, which also requires the continuous efforts of scientists in the 21st century.

About KSRA

The Kavian Scientific Research Association (KSRA) is a non-profit research organization to provide research / educational services in December 2013. The members of the community had formed a virtual group on the Viber social network. The core of the Kavian Scientific Association was formed with these members as founders. These individuals, led by Professor Siavosh Kaviani, decided to launch a scientific / research association with an emphasis on education.

KSRA research association, as a non-profit research firm, is committed to providing research services in the field of knowledge. The main beneficiaries of this association are public or private knowledge-based companies, students, researchers, researchers, professors, universities, and industrial and semi-industrial centers around the world.

Our main services Based on Education for all Spectrum people in the world. We want to make an integration between researches and educations. We believe education is the main right of Human beings. So our services should be concentrated on inclusive education.

The KSRA team partners with local under-served communities around the world to improve the access to and quality of knowledge based on education, amplify and augment learning programs where they exist, and create new opportunities for e-learning where traditional education systems are lacking or non-existent.
