Preface: the concept of LMS
LMS, which is called Learning Management System, refers to systems that allow the creation of an interactive platform between the user, software, and teacher. In LMS, which is referred to in Iran as “Virtual Education”, “E-Learning” and “Virtual Class”, it has the task of transferring education from the Internet to the (inclusive) user.
This training is done by observing all educational and interactive criteria so that the user finds himself in a distance learning class and the items that are important for learning a subject are provided to him.
The basics of a good LMS system are content that is relevant to the people involved. Good educational content includes photos, text, videos, tests, and user activities, the educational format of which will generally be divided into weekly or thematic, and the user is required to complete the course based on the educational topic or week.
Some learning environments also use LMS as a tool for document control and data collection. These centers generally provide repetitive content for the public, and one container will be displayed to many learners. One of the uses of such training is in universities and colleges that accept new users in each semester.
The most popular definition among LMS users is the creation of an online platform and at the same time a training course. It is believed that this mode of training is a separate and independent process from the LMS. This belief is both true and false!
Wrong because without an LMS system, the same thing can be done and used as a webinar or online seminar.
True because: In the virtual learning process, you can put a section in user activities with this mode, and after passing the payback period for online users to repeat the content and for offline users to use the content.
E-learning systems in theory courses alone have the ability to manage a class or course and establish the interactions required for training well, but will sometimes be problematic for the workshop and operational courses. For example, holding an electronic course on working with industrial devices will make it difficult for the user to understand the subject due to the invisibility of the device. Therefore, the use of LMS in workshop courses along with traditional training will be recommended.
E-learning, distance learning, and LMS refer to the training that learning processes will be formed from the Internet. Learners view the content of their instruction through the Internet and can view the relevant content in order of educational classification.LMS can be considered as all the content and content that is going to happen in face-to-face training, is provided to users virtually and on the Internet.
This type of learning can be more accessible than face-to-face training, and they can study their educational content in any place and time and only by having internet
